PICUDO ROJO 🪲

El picudo rojo es un escarabajo de gran tamaño, originario del sudeste asiático, que afecta principalmente a especies de palmeras como la Phoenix canariensis y la Phoenix dactylifera. Las larvas de este insecto se alimentan del interior del tronco, debilitando la estructura de la palmera y causando daños irreparables si no se detecta a tiempo.

1. Inspección y Diagnóstico

Realizamos una inspección minuciosa para identificar signos de infestación. Utilizamos herramientas especializadas y técnicas avanzadas para evaluar el estado de la palmera.

2. Tratamientos Preventivos

Aplicamos tratamientos preventivos que incluyen:

  • Endoterapia Vegetal: Inyección de productos fitosanitarios directamente en el tronco, que protege a la palmera desde el interior.

  • Poda Profesional: Eliminamos hojas secas o infectadas para evitar que el picudo rojo se propague.

3. Control de Infestaciones Activas

Si detectamos infestación, actuamos de inmediato:

  • Retiramos manualmente las larvas y adultos del interior del tronco.

  • Tratamos con insecticidas especializados, respetando las normativas ambientales.

  • Sellamos heridas en la palmera para prevenir reinfestaciones.

4. Seguimiento y Mantenimiento

Ofrecemos un plan de mantenimiento para garantizar la salud continua de tus palmeras. Realizamos inspecciones regulares y renovamos los tratamientos preventivos cuando sea necesario.
